As a skilled professional in the spa industry, we are seeking an experienced Relaxation Therapist to provide exceptional service and care to our guests.

• Deliver personalized experiences that meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction and five-star expectations.
• Handle all guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
• Monitor spa facilities to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and hygienic environment.

• Hold an ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO qualification in body and beauty therapy and massage.
• Have prior experience working in a hotel spa, preferably in a high-end establishment.
• Be flexible and able to work 3 to 4 days within a 7-day period, including some weekends.
