Job Title

NPD Manufacturing Engineer Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated NPD Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project-related engineering activities within NPD and providing engineering support to the manufacturing department during the new product introduction cycle.

  • Develop and implement new process technologies to meet the demands of productivity and quality.
  • Work closely with lean and operations teams to ensure that any new processes developed meet world-class manufacturing standards.
  • Manage a variable workload across different projects to meet NPD requirements.
  • Design and introduce manufacturing processes for new products to meet the demands of productivity and quality.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 8 Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical background with a good working knowledge of metals processing a distinct advantage.
  • Previous experience with laser cutting, laser welding or machining processes a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities:

As a NPD Manufacturing Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
