Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in driving financial success across our markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports up to trial balance stage, including journals and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records under the guidance of senior management.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting statutory reports, audits, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage quarterly VAT returns and reconciliations within UK and Irish jurisdictions.
  • Handle revenue reporting, cost analysis, and production performance evaluation.
  • Review financial systems, contribute to annual budgeting, and generate ad hoc senior leadership reports.
  • Facilitate business improvement projects, such as implementing new financial systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or be in the final stages of completing one
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization
  • Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude
  • The ability to manage tight deadlines and pay exceptional attention to detail
