About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Consultant to join our team as a Developmental Assessment Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting specialist diagnostic assessments for Autism and/or ADHD using evidence-based tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive communication and language assessments.
  • Provide clear, concise, and impactful reports with meaningful recommendations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive the best possible support.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CORU Registered Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments (Autism, ADHD).
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria & assessment tools.
  • Proficiency in communication and language assessment techniques.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • ADOS-2/ADI-R training is a plus (or willingness to train).
