Overnight Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Overnight Team Lead to join our Belfast-based depot team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Warehouse Operatives and Loaders, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of night shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example and promoting high performance standards
  • Developing and implementing effective rotas and managing holiday requests
  • Supporting transport operations and maintaining compliance with driver regulations
  • Maintaining high safety standards and identifying areas for improvement
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their best

Requirements for the position include:

  • Strong operational knowledge and supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and reports to inform decision-making
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, email, systems)
  • IOSH certification is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in a transport or warehouse environment is highly valued
