Job Overview

TN Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory compliance matters, including Central Bank, Data Protection, and HIA Compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and address compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging legislation and industry impacts, and provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in risk/compliance/audit roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory framework surrounding insurance and the Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex information effectively.
