Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
