CJK Electrical Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
About the Role:- This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Wednesday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm).
- The role involves leading a small team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality payroll services.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proven track record in payroll management.
- Manage all payroll functions, including system updates, revenue correspondence, and employee benefits.
- Process weekly mechanical payroll for approximately 50 people and monthly mechanical and electrical payrolls for approximately 60 people.
- Ensure holidays and absences are recorded correctly and maintain accurate logs.
- Process pension reconciliations and maintain payroll records.
- IPASS qualification is essential for this role.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in construction.
- Knowledge of payroll software and ability to work with multiple systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a competitive salary dependent on experience, and the position is based in our CJK Finglas Office.
