Your Role: As a seasoned sales professional, you'll drive sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and build strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include selling new and used vehicles through a consultative sales process, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, promoting finance and insurance products, and working closely with the sales team to meet dealership KPIs.
Your Skills: To succeed in this role, you'll need experience working in a busy LCV sales department, a good knowledge of LCV motor vehicles, and technical skills to interpret complex sales catalogues. You'll also require excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work alone or in cooperation with other team members.
