Corporate Tax Attorney Opportunity

We seek an experienced Corporate Tax Attorney to provide advisory and transactional services across various sectors.

This is a key role for a qualified tax professional with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic firm renowned for its tax expertise and international client base.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in providing high-level advice on international tax, cross-border planning, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on tax matters including corporate reorganisations, private equity transactions, and structured finance.
  • Manage real estate tax, asset/project finance, particularly in aircraft and equipment financing.
  • Provide expert support to clients across various sectors, including corporate law, finance, and real estate.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years PQE within a corporate law firm, with a focus on tax law.
  • A qualified lawyer with a professional tax/accounting qualification.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
