Job Title: Senior Project Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take on a challenging role in Limerick. This is a 3-year fixed-term contract that will involve working on high-profile projects from concept to completion.

">

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and mixed-use property developments. They must be able to manage complex stakeholder relationships, establish project budgets, produce reports, and supervise the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • The management of stakeholders and the sign-off of defined project objectives.">
  • The establishment of overall project budgets including consultancy fees and related costs.">
  • The production of reports on scope, budget, and timescale delivery against baseline targets.">
  • Procurement of additional project team members such as designers, quantity surveyors, and real estate advisors.">
  • The supervision of the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' postgraduate experience in construction or project management.">
  • A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.">
  • Proven experience in a client/consultancy project management role with a demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.">
  • A current full class B drivers' licence and access to own car.">
