Moulding Process Engineer

Job Description

As a Moulding Process Engineer with the ICDS Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Start-up and shut-down moulding machines and processes
  • Identify, analyse and resolve problems
  • Work on continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Validate new projects using scientific injection moulding approach
  • Develop optimum moulding processes and tooling

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a level 6 qualification or higher in Manufacturing/Engineering discipline
  • Have extensive experience in injection moulding processing and troubleshooting
  • Be able to troubleshoot validation issues associated with process development
  • Have strong analytical approach to problem solving
  • Experience working with Fanuc and Demag machines, and Star robots
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in injection moulding processing and troubleshooting
