Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Expert Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for delivering world-class training programs that drive commercial success.

You will strive to achieve and exceed personal sales and service goals through demonstration of core and new products measured through key KPIs. This includes driving appointments, analyzing artist results, and delivering remedial tactical training to support both one-to-one and team-based approaches.

As a Beauty Expert Trainer, you will consistently lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, driving customer appointments, and repeat business. You will also be an inspirational artist, demonstrating confidence and always looking to share best practices and develop your own skills.

In this role, you will maintain up-to-date and accurate records of certification, communicating any issues to the management team. Additionally, you will be responsible for skills tests and trade tests, ensuring the appropriate level of competence within the recruitment process in collaboration with the hiring manager.

  • Proven experience in a beauty training role

  • Experience delivering classroom-style training to a large team
