We are seeking to fill a vacancy for a Training Administrator in our fast-paced Training Department based in Dublin, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls; handle messages and direct calls as required
- Respond to email enquiries in a timely manner
- Book flights and accommodations for trainees and staff
- Coordinate diary management and arrange appointments, meetings, and conference facilities
- Maintain accurate data entry – updating Trainee databases
- Assist with facility management and maintenance
- Support School Introduction days in Dublin and abroad if necessary
- Provide administrative support to the Training Centre Manager and Head of Department
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Punctuality and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Previous office experience and knowledge of office procedures
- Previous airline experience
- Knowledge of additional European languages
- Full-time hybrid working arrangement
