- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee equipment hire, sale, and servicing operations.
- Ensure effective availability and management of equipment and training resources.
- Budget and Performance Oversight:
- Monitor and report weekly departmental performance.
- Continuously identify and implement operational improvements.
- Stock and Inventory Control:
- Maintain optimal stock levels of equipment and parts.
- Develop inventory systems to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
- Team Management:
- Manage and support service technicians, service administrators, and sales teams.
