About the Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans to support business objectives.

  • Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of the Mulesoft platform through regular health checks and performance tuning.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for operation support and enable teams to proactively address issues and drive continuous improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Taking accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
  • Ensuring implemented solutions are according to specifications and fit for purpose.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and implementation of comprehensive integration plans.
  • DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ROBUST INTEGRATION SOLUTIONS.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH THROUGH INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS.
  • STAYING UP-TO-DATE WITH LATEST INTEGRATION TRENDS, BEST PRACTICES, AND INDUSTRY ADVANCES.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in business/technical area or equivalent.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • 8+ years of experience in solution design and development along with 3+ years of experience as integration architect.
  • Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN LARGE, PREFERABLY GLOBAL, MULTI-TEAM PROJECTS DEALING WITH COMPLEX PROCESS AREAS AND BUSINESS GROUPS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHERS IN A HIGH-PACED, FLUID, MULTI-CULTURAL AND MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM.
  • WORKING UNDER TIGHT TIMELINES WITHOUT COMPROMISING QUALITY.
  • STRONG TEAMWORK AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AT ALL MANAGEMENT LEVELS.
  • ABILITY TO OPERATE IN A MATRIX ORGANIZATION WITH DIVERSE GROUPS OF STAKEHOLDERS.
