Cloud Architecture Manager

Drive business growth by architecting and scaling commercial platforms.

This leadership role will design, build, and implement technical infrastructure for subscription models, billing operations, and data-driven subscriber lifecycle management.

Lead a team of engineers building systems that handle complex billing scenarios, integrate with marketing and CRM platforms, and create personalized subscriber experiences.

  • Architect scalable subscription and billing systems, supporting multiple tiers, bundles, offers, and payment methods.
  • Design real-time event infrastructure for lifecycle triggers and retention journeys.
  • Integrate with marketing automation platforms to enable personalization and engagement workflows.
  • Build analytics capabilities around LTV, churn prediction, ARPU, and acquisition performance.

Requirements & Experience:

  • 8-10 years software engineering experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous experience leading teams.
  • Deep knowledge of subscription and billing systems.
  • Strong architecture skills (event-driven systems, microservices, cloud services).
  • Experience building APIs, webhook systems, and real-time event streams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Passion for metrics: churn, ARPU, CLTV, and funnel performance.
