Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, as well as mentoring and supporting junior engineers in the development of automated testing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and coding standards. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our company's testing capabilities, working closely with our engineering team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in test automation, with a strong focus on software development and testing methodologies
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions, with a strong understanding of testing frameworks and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
