Job Title: Social Care Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide therapeutic care programs to children and young people with diverse needs in a residential setting. This challenging role offers opportunities for personal growth and development within a supportive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 7 Degree in one of the following fields: Social Sciences, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Youth & Community Work, Social Work, Psychology, or Teaching.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with children and young people is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland (EU/EEA nationals) and will not require visa sponsorship.

Benefits Package:

  • A competitive salary ranging from €38,000 to €48,000 per annum, including Sleepover Allowance.
  • Premium payments for Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.
  • Benefits include Personal Accident Cover, Death in Service, Income Protection, PRSA Scheme, Maternity Payment, Counselling, Training, and more (subject to terms and conditions).
