About This Opportunity

As a Banking Solicitor, you will join a friendly and flexible team and gain further experience in general corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, and investment grade lending.

You will work closely with senior lawyers to help progress your development and training, and have regular engagement with clients and colleagues to provide effective and positive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting experience of transactional banking, acquisition finance, and real estate finance facility and security documentation
  • Familiarity with LMA templates
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
  • Practical and commercial understanding of clients' needs
  • Technical and drafting skills coupled with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong team player with high level of initiative
