The Manufacturing & Assembly Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Project Schedule Management: Determine manufacturing project schedule needs, provide support in project completion, and report on site progress.
- Site Management: Supervise and monitor the facility labour force and specialist subcontractors, ensuring access, information, and materials are available for productivity.
- Quality and Safety: Conduct regular safety and quality walks of the manufacturing facility, endorsing best practices and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in project management systems.
- Excellent delegation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent IT skills required – MS Office/Excel.
- Trade background with supervision experience essential.
- Experience as a Construction Manager essential.
