We are currently recruiting for two vacancies: Cork City and East Cork. These homes provide exceptional care and services to residents, promoting freedom and independence in a pleasant environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience and at least 3 years' experience in Care of the Older Person within the past 6 years. A recent management experience and post-registration qualifications in dementia care or health management are highly desirable.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing care teams, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to the overall strategic direction of the nursing home group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop care teams to deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the nursing home group.
Requirements:
- Active on the general register as maintained by the NMBI.
- Minimum 6 years post-graduate experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Care of the Older Person over the past 6 years.
- Recent management experience highly desirable.
- Post-registration qualification in dementia care, highly desirable.
- A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field required.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- IT skills.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
