Job Description
This role is part of the Infra Programme team, leading functional test strategy, test planning and resourcing for multiple workstreams in parallel. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing testing in a financial services regulatory environment, particularly with backup and recovery technologies.
You will work closely with other programme workstream leads and business, operations and central test teams, as well as third parties, to deliver testing for the programme. As the main programme point of contact for all functional testing, you will ensure that the Infra Programme is following and evidencing test policies, procedures and tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test leadership of complex and strategically important programme implementations.
- Experience in leading multiple workstreams in the programme.
- Stakeholder management across IT, business and operations functions, and third-party suppliers.
- As test champion, create test awareness across the programme and stakeholders.
- Progress test strategy, aligned to customer's test framework and test methodology.
- Create and own test plan and contribute to the overall programme integrated plan.
- Analyse and document test requirements by liaising with programme leads, multiple stakeholders and distributed functions.
- Create test reports and test metrics to drive delivery and report status clearly.
