The role of Sales Support Associate is ideal for those with a passion for agriculture and customer service. We are seeking a highly organized individual to maintain our store's yard to a high standard, manage stock levels, and provide sales support.
This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural knowledge and experience in agri-retail is preferred but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain the yard to a high standard, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Loading of goods including bags, large items, buckets, drum barrels, and boxes
- Agricultural knowledge or relevant experience
- Agri/Retail experience (ideal)
- Forklift truck license (desirable)
- High level of spoken and written English fluency
