Patient Care Excellence Manager
As a Patient Care Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence. This role is paramount in ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.
The successful candidate will lead the nursing teams to deliver best clinical practice in patient care, drive quality improvements, and foster effective relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inspirational leadership to the nursing teams, driving best clinical practice in patient care.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders to maintain existing business and identify new opportunities.
- Lead the nursing teams in continuous quality improvement, ensuring sustained improvements in quality and safety.
This is a challenging role that requires strong commercial acumen, flexibility, and a commitment to continuing professional development. You will be working closely with other departments to promote cross-divisional working and collaboration.
Requirements- Post Graduate Diploma in Renal Nursing or equivalent
- Registered Nurse with current registration
- Mentorship/Teaching & Assessing qualification
- Leadership Qualification (or attain within 12 months in post)
