Job Title: Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nursing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As a Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
  • Develop Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that address patient goals and objectives, incorporating evidence-based practices and best available research.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care that addresses patients' unique needs and promotes positive health outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current registration as a Nurse (General or Specialist) with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Demonstrated expertise in nursing practice, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments.
