Key Responsibilities

The Team Leader will play a vital role in managing and planning the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. Key duties include:

  • Collaborating with the Residential Services Manager to deliver a quality client-focused residential service
  • Implementing and ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards
  • Overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer-focused service

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or a management qualification
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar field, preferably in an accommodation-based setting
