Dining Ambassador

Job Overview

• Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, clients and customers.
• Assist with daily service setup, food preparation and serving from our menus.
• Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness and organisation of service and dining areas.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain seamless operations.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, allergen and storage guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude are required.
• A focus on cleanliness and hygiene is essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and willingness to assist colleagues.
