Job Title:
As a Commissioning and Qualification Project Manager, you will oversee the commissioning and qualification process for various projects. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of commissioning and qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and qualification strategies in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party suppliers, vendors, service providers, and sub-contractors as necessary.
- Monitor and report on project progress, communicate shortfalls, and identify solutions.
- Organize and attend meetings for progress gathering and plan alignment.
- Participate in decision forums to decide on priorities and ensure reflection in the plan, schedule, and communications.
- Evaluate resource allocation for project tasks and provide recommendations for required progress.
- Communicate with project stakeholders regarding support and completion dates.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline with project management experience.
- 5 years' experience in projects in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech/Medical devices sector or Major project environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Systems and Equipment and engineering design.
- Able to communicate clearly and in a timely manner to keep personnel abreast of ongoing changes and potential changes.
- Proven ability to adapt in a changing environment and methods of working and project requirements/priorities.
- Able to work flexibly with other project team members.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Multitask and deal with regular interruptions and work scope execution.
- Demonstrate highest levels of integrity and strong work ethic at all times.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required for the execution of this role.
