Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience in a senior HR or people operations role, preferably within a similar industry or sector;">
  • A proven track record of leading and managing complex projects and teams;">
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders;">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;">
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;">
  • Experience with change management and organizational development principles;">
  • Fluency in English (essential) and French (desirable).">
