AI Innovation Leader

The AI Innovation Leader will oversee and coordinate the development of AI solutions that align with our organization's strategy.

About the Role

  • Develops and executes a comprehensive AI strategy to drive business growth, translating organizational objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Leads by example, inspiring teams through passion for AI and proven ability to drive impact.
  • Delivers impactful AI solutions through effective project management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees the supervision and administration of the AI innovation team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develops and promotes the lab as a centre of excellence in AI innovation, focusing on generative and predictive AI, neural networks, and natural language processing.
  • Coordinates the development and implementation of AI models and proofs of concept.
  • Maintains oversight of resources to ensure strategic alignment and optimal utilization.
  • Develops and maintains a detailed log of AI ventures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of related experience with leadership capabilities and/or functioning as a team lead/supervisor.
  • Cloud certification desired but not essential.
