Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching safe and engaging swimming lessons for all ages and abilities.


You will also assist with the daily running of our leisure facilities, including the pool and gym. This will involve welcoming guests and members, helping them feel at home, and maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards around the leisure centre.


In addition, you will support leisure events, activities, and community programmes.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with people, making a difference, and spending their day in a lively, active environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Swim teaching qualification (or willingness to train – we'll help)
  • Great people skills and a friendly, welcoming personality

  • Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including weekends
