Our finance department is seeking a part-time financial professional to assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions. This role involves ensuring accurate financial records and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including processing of purchase and sales invoices, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Accurately code and post financial transactions using Xero accounting software.
  • Process supplier payments and perform credit control duties.
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of month-end financial accounts.
  • Support the statutory audit process by preparing and supplying necessary documentation.
  • Handle financial queries from members and support general financial administration.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and deliver timely, reliable financial data to support decision-making.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
