The FHR Exchange (FHRx) is a rapidly growing network where suppliers share their financials with customers in a secure environment. This drives collaboration, strengthens relationships, increases efficiency, and leads to smarter business decisions.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist who will be instrumental in growing the FHR Exchange community. This talented individual will be responsible for driving new member acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen initiatives.

  1. New Member Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive new member acquisition.
  2. Nurturing Members: Craft email nurture strategies to guide free members towards upgrading to paid plans.
  3. Campaign Execution: Design and deploy emails, landing pages, and automated workflows that convert.
  4. Product Marketing: Collaborate with product leadership to strategize and plan communications that align with the product roadmap.
  5. Organic Social: Manage organic social media efforts to achieve strategic goals.
  6. Testing and Optimization: Test subject lines, CTAs, and creative elements to increase sign-ups, click-throughs, and conversions.
  7. Newsletters: Manage client and member communications, keeping clients and members engaged and excited about what's next.
  8. Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, uncover insights, and recommend improvements to grow membership and upgrades.
