Achieve Results Supervise and Manage Oversee daily mechanical construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget. Plan and Execute Develop and organize construction processes, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Resource Allocation Manage site design, mechanical construction processes, and allocate resources effectively. Stakeholder Communication Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. Team Leadership Lead and motivate the team to meet project requirements and deadlines. What You Need Relevant Background Possess a background in a relevant trade or engineering discipline. Industry Experience Over 5 years of experience, preferably with M&E Contractors in Ireland or the UK. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC and building services design. Piping Systems Experience with piping systems installation is highly desirable. Leadership and Communication Proven ability to manage both people and programs, with excellent communication skills.
