We are seeking high-achieving graduates to participate in our Graduate Programme, a unique chance to learn from experienced professionals in the airline industry.

The programme is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of key business areas and offers mentorship from senior leadership. Graduates will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments and develop valuable skills.

Programme Structure

The programme consists of two distinct tracks based in our offices:

  • Financial Management
    • Management Accounting
    • Insurance
    • Transfer Pricing and Leasing

All participants start in our headquarters for 6 months before transferring to our office in Malta for 1.5 years. We support successful candidates with professional certifications such as ACA/ACCA.

Career Requirements

Applicants must be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1, demonstrate strong academic performance, and showcase entrepreneurial spirit during the interview process.
