We are seeking a skilled and experienced Make Ready Technician to join our team.

As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that vacated units are thoroughly restored to 'market ready' condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will:

  • Inspect vacated units and complete a comprehensive make-ready checklist
  • Perform various tasks to restore units to 'market-ready' status, including painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-keying doors, and changing filters
  • Assist with quality control inspections as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless completion of work orders and preventative maintenance

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Mid-senior level experience in a related field
  • A strong understanding of quality control procedures and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
