At GPC Finance, we are seeking a talented Company Secretarial Administrator to join our team. This role offers a rewarding career in a fast-growing professional services firm, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and a balanced work-life environment.

This is a 12-month maternity contract with the possibility of being made permanent within one of our many offices. As a Company Secretarial Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and filing company annual returns
  • Preparing company minutes
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support
  • Attending and taking minutes for General Meetings and Board meetings


The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, strong communication and time management skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
