Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage project planning, execution, prioritization, resource management, and communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects, manage expectations, and report progress.
  • Develop and review technical specifications and bid documents.
  • Lead design and construction management, including procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  • Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Implement quality control measures.
  • Manage project phases from concept through operation.
  • Drive equipment introduction and troubleshooting.
  • Lead multidisciplinary site teams.
  • Evaluate safety leadership and compliance.
  • Serve as a team leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Typically 5+ years of project management/engineering experience, preferably in biotech or aseptic pharma environments.
  • Proven experience from project inception to handover.
  • Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing are advantageous.
  • Experience in GDP compliant environments.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, deliver technical solutions, and drive improvements.
  • Leadership skills and team collaboration experience.
  • Technical report writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
