  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions.

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies to enhance and transform operations. This pivotal role involves spearheading initiatives such as real-time settlement, medical chart processing, autonomous medical code generation, and medical image processing. You will work closely with business and operations teams to understand their needs and translate abstract concepts into actionable AI solutions.

The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Bioinformatics, or another technical field that provides strong mathematical training. Expert level proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Java, Python, SQL, PySpark, or C++, is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in AI/ML technologies and working with predictive analytics, NLP, image processing, Generative AI, or related technologies.

In this challenging yet supportive environment, you will be recognized for your performance and provided with opportunities for development in areas of interest. As a mentor to team members working on the same project, you will effectively communicate requirements and outcomes to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI/ML technologies to transform and improve current operations, including projects such as smart revenue management, intelligent payment platforms, medical chart processing, automated medical code generation, and medical image processing
  • Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to grasp requirements and translate vague concepts into tangible AI solutions
  • Adapt to an agile, fast-paced environment and maintain a passion for exploring and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to support future projects
  • Mentor team members working on the same project
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding requirements and outcomes
