Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to lead architectural design and delivery for a large-scale development project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex and dynamic project that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • This role involves overseeing the construction progress, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring design integrity throughout all project phases.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and site management team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Your experience in Revit and BIM will be essential in delivering projects of scale.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with design team members and external consultants
  2. Maintain permanent on-site presence to oversee construction progress
  3. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments
  4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site management team
  5. Ensure design integrity and quality throughout all project phases
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in architecture with an emphasis on strong technical and building experience in a range of sectors
  • Proficient in Revit and BIM
  • Track record in delivering projects of scale
  • Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and planning systems
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan and work to agreed timelines, thorough and diligent approach to work
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast-paced environment
