Job Title: Public Ambassador

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lobby Host at The Mallow N20 Plaza. As a friendly and approachable individual, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer care to the public.

We are seeking a highly energetic and courteous team player who is willing to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with buggies, wheelchairs, or trays as needed.
• Provide suggestions regarding food menus.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and toilets, focusing on floor safety and spill management.
• Ensure the lobby and serving areas are properly set up and stocked.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure quality satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints and bring issues to the attention of the duty manager.
