Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Office Administrator to join our team at Sky Handling Partner. As a key member of our GSE Parts and Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Data input to update Fleet Management System
  2. Extract system data on Ground Service Equipment for airline audits as required
  3. Assisting with stock purchase, receipt, and control

Main Tasks:

In addition to the above duties, you will also be responsible for:
  1. Maintaining company post, franking machine balance, and stock room area
  2. Ordering and processing stock received
  3. Maintaining third-party contracts
  4. Communicating with the Finance Department regarding Purchase Order requests and delivery dockets

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following key performance indicators:
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Efficient and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • PC Literate, Microsoft Office Skills Essential
  • The ability to prioritise workload

Contract Type:
This is a part-time, fixed-term contract lasting until 31st October 2025, with the possibility of extension.
