Join our Operations Team as a Graduate in Process ImprovementAbout the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Operations Graduate to join our team. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and optimising operations.

The role involves working closely with experienced operators to produce high-quality products while maximising throughput. You will also be involved in shift management, problem-solving, and leading daily handover meetings to ensure objectives are met.

In this dynamic environment, you will have opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues, develop your skills, and take on new challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline (minimum 2.2 honours)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commercial thinking with a customer-centric approach
