You'll also advocate our position in international IP litigation and administrative actions, oversee and evaluate the advice of outside counsel, and engage with company employees to gather necessary information for legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in international IP litigation is required.
  • A business understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to develop cross-functional relationships are essential.
  • Admission to practice law in England & Wales, Ireland, or Germany or equivalent and/or full qualification as European Patent Attorney are required.
