Senior Accommodation Manager

A highly skilled Accommodation Operations Manager is required to lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff at our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Maintain all public areas of the hotel in a clean and well-maintained condition
- Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure high hotel standards are met
- Monitor and improve quality of work to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can effectively motivate and direct their team to deliver outstanding results.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in an accommodation management role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist other departments as needed
