About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Information Systems Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the integrity of data across HR systems and related processes.
This role involves overseeing system renewals, upgrades, integrations, and the implementation of new HR technologies as needed. You will develop strong vendor relationships to ensure HR systems deliver maximum value and address issues efficiently.
Additionally, you will coordinate the system management aspects of key HR processes, including annual performance reviews and career level promotions. You will provide training, support, and expert guidance to the HR team and system users.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst or HR Data Analyst, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the integrity of data across HR systems and related processes.
