About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a skilled professional to manage change initiatives across various workstreams. As an ICT Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing impactful change communications content, providing Change Management support, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop change communications content in collaboration with work stream leads to drive awareness, foster acceptance, and support the adoption of work stream initiatives.
  • Provide Change Management support to Programme workstreams.
  • Develop Programme Change heatmap.
  • Develop and deliver highly effective change and communications plans.
  • Conduct change analysis, change impact, and business readiness assessments.
  • Ensure comprehensive and effective monitoring and co-ordination of communications and change activities.
  • Manage Stakeholders communications and engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Programme planning and identification of risks/issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven recent experience of working in an Organisational Change Management environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions.
  • Communications development and planning skills, proven recent experience in communications development, translating technical content into plain English and communications planning & co-ordination.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to build impact and influence.
  • Ability to lead and manage change initiatives at all levels, with proven experience in engaging and influencing management, driving buy-in, and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.
