The Opportunity
You will lead our multidisciplinary team in conducting high-quality assessments and providing compassionate care plans. You will also contribute to innovation in our neurodevelopmental pathways and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide detailed formulations and reports.
- Lead on complex neurodevelopmental assessments and develop supportive care plans.
- Collaborate with a warm and experienced team to deliver exceptional care to children and families.
- Engage in continued professional development to ensure clinical excellence and stay up-to-date with best-practice models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A recognised university degree or diploma in Psychology, with honours obtained in that subject.
- A recognised professional post-graduate qualification in clinical, counselling or educational psychology.
- Eligible for PSI Chartered status.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in child/adolescent mental health services, including assessment and formulation.
- Strong skills in assessment, formulation, and report writing.
- A commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice.
