An exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and sustainability of a renowned STEM education programme. The programme is free to enter, providing opportunities for students from all backgrounds to develop critical thinking, creativity, and innovation skills.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our team and help secure funding through strategic partnerships, charitable donations, and grants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and grant-making bodies
  • Develop compelling fundraising campaigns and proposals
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with supporters and stakeholders
  • Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Contribute to the development and sustainability of the programme
  • Report on fundraising targets and progress to the leadership team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in fundraising roles, ideally in the non-profit sector
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Passion for STEM education and youth development
  • A valid driver's licence
